Reports will not load in the Chrome browser as shown below.
Reports not loading can be caused by a Chrome setting that blocks cookies from 3rd parties. To check this setting go to Settings > Advanced > Site Settings > Cookies. If the setting is on, you'll see the toggle switch flipped to the on position.
Either toggle the switch off, or add an Allow exception for [*.]powerbi.com.
